Go-to-Market

eDiscovery Provider

We handle media relations for a leading provider of software and services for eDiscovery, information governance, and other data-related legal functions to position the company as one of the largest and most tech-focused players in the space. Our deliverables include strategy, media relations, sourcing, bylines, and social media.

New Approach Law Firm

We provide strategic advice and marketing support to a partner-only law firm. We have positioned the firm as a fourth way for companies to acquire legal services (in addition to in-house, law firms, and ALSPs). We rebranded the firm in 2023, and now serve as almost their entire marketing function, handling media relations and building content and campaigns designed to support their business.

Legal Tech Startup

We served as the marketing team for the launch of an AI-based legal tech startup, including overall sales and marketing strategy, website building, launch strategy and execution, development of research reports to align with the launch, business development support, and digital outreach.

Leading Financial Institution

We develop flagship content, including in-house magazines, eBooks, and major research reports, for the legal banking group within one of the nation’s regional banks. We build strategy, develop content, provide executive support (e.g., remarks and presentations), media relations, and advice on digital outreach. We also rebranded their full-service legal banking offering. We serve as an extension of their team and are relied upon as the creative drivers for their services related to class action and mass tort settlements, digital payment disbursements, bankruptcy, and full-service banking.

Big Four Legal Business Service Provider

We served as strategic marketing counsel and content team starting with the launch of this Big Four’s new legal business services arm. We developed the content strategy, built flagship content including major research reports, put together executive presentations, and provided design support.

Transformation

Am Law 100 Law Firm Innovation Function

We developed a detailed report on the impediments faced by a large law firm’s innovation team in gaining traction throughout the firm and among its clients. We interviewed partners and clients, tracked the firm against its competitors, and delivered a strategy to enable the firm to more effectively bring its innovative solutions to market.

Law Firm Partners Retreat

We presented a thought-provoking keynote address on “Principles of Legal Operations” and hosted a follow-up client roundtable in front of more than 130 law firm partners at Am Law 200 firm’s partners’ retreat.

Investor Due Diligence

Legal Tech M&A Advice

We provided market outlook and operational advice to both parties in a “reverse merger” of a leading legacy legal technology provider with a startup with a more modern technology platform.
